SHIPPING

Lorraine Varnes Online orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays).

 

Overnight orders placed by 2PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability and required a signature upon delivery.


Second Day orders placed by 2PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability and required a signature upon delivery.


Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 2 business days, depending on product availability.


Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days.


Orders from Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days.

Shipping Promotions


Orders qualifying for FREE or discounted shipping promotions are shipped via our Standard service only. FREE or discounted shipping is available in the contiguous U.S. states only, and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and oversized packages.


Shipments to Forwarding Companies


Lorraine Varnes Online is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. 


This means that Lorraine Varnes Online is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company.


If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. 


If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.


International


Lorraine Varnes Online does not ship to international addresses.
