Return Instructions


Our Online Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns, with a free return label, return instructions and the return shipping address.


If you received the item as a gift or wish to exchange it for another item, directions will be provided. Only products purchased on www.lorrainevarnes.com  can be returned.


If you received damaged items, please retain the box, packaging and all contents.   Please submit pictures as prove of the damaged item  by e-mail at sales@lorrainevarnes.com  for assistance.

How to Return


1. Print the label from your email.
2. Carefully pack items into the box. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
3. Take the package to any UPS location or request a package pickup by contacting UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS (subject to UPS fees). Full instructions are included in the return label email.

Tax


Applicable sales tax will be applied to your lorrainevarnes.com order in accordance with state and local laws, and an estimated tax amount will be reflected in the order summary before checkout. The tax rate is determined by several factors including, and not limited to, the items purchased, the ship-to destination and the ship-from location. Please note that your order's ship-from location can change between the time your order is placed and when it ships, which may result in a sales tax charge that differs from the original estimate. Gift wrap and delivery charges may also be subject to tax in some states.
